Registration is $250 per boat through March 18. Anglers can go online at sbbigbass.com to register. After March 18, anglers can still register, but there's a $25 late fee.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 10 places. It's a 50-50 split with half the proceeds going toward cash prizes and the other half benefitting the Sunrise Beach VFD.
The Sunrise Beach VFD Auxiliary and Trammel & Associates Realtors are the major sponsors for the event.
The event is not just for the anglers with boats. There will be a perch jerk for the kids. The Perch Jerk (register online at sbbigbass.com by March 24) features three divisions: 6 and under; 7-12; and 13-15. Cabela's is sponsoring the prizes.
The Texas Association of Bass Clubs is assisting with the tournament and weigh-in. The tournament and Perch Jerk will take place at McNair Park, 211 Park Road.
