The townhouse has 4 jet ski ramps, one boat slip, two huge outdoor patios and an outdoor kitchen. The interior is well furnished with stainless steel appliances. The location is one of the best, right next to the famous Lighthouse on Lake LBJ with nothing but nature on our right.

Rates are:
$399 per nite from September 7th until May 1st
$500 per nite from May 2nd until September 6th
Holidays are $600 per nite

Lake LBJ Fishing Report from TPWD (Oct. 18)

Water stained; 80–84 degrees; 0.64’ low. Black bass are good on Curb’s buzzbaits, clear swim baits, and watermelon/purple flake Whacky Sticks in 5–15 feet early. Striped bass are slow. White bass are good on Li’l Fishies at night. Crappie are fair on live minnows over brush piles. Channel catfish are good on minnows and liver. Yellow and blue catfish are good on trotlines baited with live bait.
