Celebrate Valentine's Day in the Hill Country




Not sure what to do this year for Valentine’s Day? How about heading over to Lake LBJ and the great ol’ Texas Hill Country to get away for a day or two! We have several events planned for February; we hope you attend!

Cowboy Mardi Gras

On February 1st through the 3rd, there will be a cowboy Mardi Gras celebration! This event will include a costume contest and a canine costume contest, as well as special country and cajun music! Get ready for Saturday’s parade of floats, horses, cowboys, feathers, and tons of beads!

Highland Lakes Quilt Festival

Experience the Highland Lakes Quilt Festival on February 9th and 10th. View over one hundred quilts on display! There will also be vendors, a guild boutique, and a silent auction! You’re bound to have a great time.

Chocolate Walk

Craving something sweet? Join us for the Chocolate Walk on February 10th from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. There, you’ll be able to collect handmade chocolates from over thirty participating merchants! You’ll have a blast!

Spring Antique Show

The Spring Antique Show will be held on February 23rd through the 24th! The hours are Saturday 10:00 - 5:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 4:00. Be there or be square! There, you’ll find the truest of antiques, as well as furniture, baskets, quilts, and more!

Hill Country Wine Lover’s Celebration

February 9th thru the 12th, you can take a self guided tour through vineyards and cozy wineries! There will be wine, food, and complementary chocolates along the way. How sweet is that? We know where we’re going this February!
