Nestled in the heart of Texas Hill Country is the charming town of Kingsland, surrounded by rolling hills, pristine lakes, beautiful geological formations, and fascinating historical sites. Whether you're looking for for an oasis from the summer heat or want to get away from the stresses of everyday life, there's nothing a relaxing Lake LBJ vacation can't fix!

Come escape to this serene waterfront cabin, ideally located in a quiet cove on Lake LBJ with several large oak trees providing shade from the hot Texas sun all summer long. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and enough sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests, this home is a great size for a family or group of couples out for a memorable lake getaway. Originally built in 1950, this cabin has been fully refurbished with brand new flooring, appliances, cabinetry, and a fully redecorated bath and shower. You will immediately fall in love with the comfortable, tastefully decorated interior with lots of windows that provide water views and an abundance of natural light. All the amenities you need in your ultimate home-away-from-home are here, including cable TV for your entertainment, in-unit laundry machines, and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary modern appliances. The property is pet and kid friendly. Enjoy fun family meals around the outdoor picnic area with enough seating for 6 after preparing some delicious barbeque on the grill. Gather by the fire pit during cool evenings for storytelling and s'mores, and enjoy fishing off the small dock during leisurely afternoons.

You certainly won't have to go far to enjoy outdoor recreation and easy water access! Bring your own watercraft along and tie it off at the bulkhead mere steps away from the cabin door after launching it at the nearby community boat launch. You can easily lease boats and jet skis from local watercraft merchants if you aren't able to bring your own. You're also more than welcome to use the bicycles, paddleboat, and canoe provided on the premises. If you need a break from the water and are seeking land-based activities, be sure to check out the Legends Golf Course, Longhorn Cavern, or a local vineyard for wine tasting tours. Practically everything the area has to offer is just a stone's throw away!
