Great water and view, comfortable house and price. Easy rental of boats available. See updated photos at VRBO link above left.

Few homes in Texas have the special combination of smooth water for sports, a view of mountains, a private sandy island, room to dock your boats onsite and a very comfortable place to sleep 8.

After looking at many lakes and rivers, this is the best scenery and home for your budget. Visitors say this is an outstanding setting without blowing your allowance. Lake is always full even during droughts, mountain is striking to admire, island sand is nice on the toes, house is so comfortable.
