The Oaks at Glencove is located in a quiet NO WAKE zone off the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house has enough bed space for 10 people, and additional floor space in the living room for air mattresses or sleeping bags for more guests. There is a boat slip for 16' or less boat. Watercraft rentals are located nearby. The Colorado arm is just around the corner from this beautiful cove. Plenty of room to go out and just relax and float on the water. The living room is large with a flat screen TV and several movies to choose from. Outside is a large wood burning bar b que pit for that wonderful smoked flavor also there is a gas grill. If you are looking for a nice quiet place for your family get together, look no further. Great place to go walking in the subdivision if you are needing some exercise.

Lake LBJ Fishing Report from TPWD (Jul. 18)

Water stained; 86–90 degrees; 0.76’ low. Black bass are fair on chartreuse jigs, pumpkinseed topwaters, and green pumpkin Whacky Sticks in 6–18 feet early. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair on slabs and spoons. Crappie are fair on minnows over brush piles in 12–18 feet. Channel catfish are slow. Yellow and blue catfish are good on trotlines baited with live perch.
