Join us on August 14th and 28th for Open Mic Day at The Stage. We will have 4 one-hour sets at the following times. 12-1 pm • 2-3 pm • 4-5 pm • 6-7 pm. Interested artists should email Crystal at [email protected] Spots will be filled in the order they are received. Wakepoint will not provide any sound equipment and artists will perform for free.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Sep. 22)

GOOD. Water lightly stained; 77 degrees; 0.63 feet low. Black bass are fair on plastic worms, football jigs, swimbaits and diving crankbaits worked near rocky shorelines, main lake points and timber in water depths 14-28 feet. Crappie are fair on minnows around brush piles, rock ledges and docks. White bass are good near main lake channels, flats and humps with live bait, swimbaits and slabs. Catfish are good on nightcrawlers, live bait and cut bait.
