FAIR. Water stained; 86 degrees; 0.47 feet below pool. Crappie are good in 20-24 feet of water with minnows. Muddy and rising water from the rain may slow the bite. Catfish are good on punch bait in 18-24 feet of water. Report by Jess Rotherham, Texas Crappie Fishing Service. Bass are good skipping docks with wacky rigged and Texas-rigged worms, or throwing swimbaits and crankbaits around any grass you find will catch some also.
