The upcoming 4th of July weekend at Lake LBJ promises to be an exceptional one this year! As the holiday falls on a Monday, we have the luxury of a three-day weekend to indulge in the numerous activities and attractions both on and off the lake. Marble Falls 4th of July Fireworks– Saturday July 1, 2023

Check out this awesome show fired off from a barge in the middle of the lake! Boaters beware, the whole lake will be closed right in front of the park and viewing area starting at 6pm, don't cross the buoys!

 

Kingsland AquaBoom at Wakepoint – Saturday July 1, 2023

AquaBoom is always a great fireworks show. Don't miss out on this Independence Day celebration over the water on Lake LBJ on Saturday night, starting at 9:30pm.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Apr. 23)

GOOD. Water stained; 71 degrees; 0.36 feet below pool. The pattern remains consistent. Crappie are good 10-15 feet of water with chartreuse jigs or minnows. Catfish are good on punch bait in 20 feet of water. White bass are fair in coves and main lake points in 15-20 feet of water with jigging spoons.
