The Lake LBJ Area Real Estate market is staying as hot as summer, although we have welcomed the fall and cooler weather. Market trends continue to reflect less inventory, faster pace of sales and rising prices. Buyers remain very active. Off-season does not really exist for our market. Lake LBJ can be enjoyed year round.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Sep. 3)

GOOD. Water stained; 85 degrees; 0.40 feet below pool. Bass are great dragging a worm on main lake points and around structure has been producing the best. Report by Evan Coleman.
